The Moonlight Festival is an outdoor cinema event held at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens featuring romantic films from the 1950s. It is an event that is partnered with the Canopy Project campaign of Earth Day Network.
The brief of this project was to produce a 1950s design campaign and I thought of a concept inspired by Scandinavian design wherein it is characterized by minimalism, functionality, and simplicity. The colour palette is also influenced by the pastel themed interiors during that era.
The project consisted of a poster, 3-D invite, tote bag, ID card, and ticket design.
